Draw a simple, tall spike on a piece of paper. Along its length, write three current challenges. Light a red candle. One by one, hold each written challenge close to the flame (not in it) and say firmly, 'I have the strength to face this.' Then, carefully fold the paper into a small, tight spike and place it under a heavy book for one full day.
