Presentation

"I was asked to give a presentation. It felt really unorganized like the plans kept changing. It was really hard on my system to remain regulated. I remember battling the elements of weather. By the time I got up to present. I looked worn down, exhausted, and had no patience. My notes wouldn’t load on the prompt, my printed notes disappeared. There was music playing in the background. I did my best to work with it. I asked kindly for it to be turned off, and then it would be turned down just to have someone else begin playing music elsewhere. At this point I lost my temper and remember screaming.i had the awareness that this was not a helpful response on my part and came up against a lot of shame. I didn’t recognize any of the individuals in this dream. I remember that I was presenting on the threshold of possibility, similar to One I did earlier this week. I just remembered not feeling seen or valued in this dream. And I believe in hindsight, this wasn’t the place for me to be seen and valued. Had I chosen to see myself and value myself, I would have seen that it wasn’t a good fit of a situation for me to be apart of. "
