Take a small bowl of salt or sugar. Hold it in your hands and breathe three deep breaths into it while visualizing golden light. Using your finger, draw a symbol of something you wish to transform in the salt. Sprinkle a pinch of glitter or crushed herbs (like lavender or rosemary) over the symbol while saying 'By magic made manifest.' Keep the bowl on your creative workspace for three days, then return the contents to the earth (a plant pot).
