Ritual Practice

Find a clear glass or jar. Fill it with water and place it in your freezer overnight. In the morning, remove it and let it sit at room temperature. As the ice melts and the frost patterns disappear on the outside, write down three things you are ready to release from your past on a piece of paper. When the ice has fully melted, tear the paper into small pieces and stir them into the water. Pour the water down the drain while saying, "I release what no longer protects me."
